We had another fun Bazengert trip down to Zion's! All of us were pretty busy, so we all headed down and had to leave at different times. But, we made the most of our time together when we were down there.
J and I got down there on Thursday evening, we left right after my classes. We ate dinner and just enjoyed our time together with the Zenger's, Ricky, and Cindy. We took our road bikes down so we could ride up the canyon. They were put to good use this trip! I think we rode up 3 times to the top, it is a good little ride. Friday morning, those of us that were there took a trip to the Court of the Patriarchs.

Most years we hike Angel's Landing, but this year we did something different. HALLELUJAH! We hiked Observation Point. It was quite the climb up. I did not realize how high we climbed until we were looking down on Angel's Landing. Zeke was a saint and hiked the whole way up with Penny. Wow! They got back quite late.

Saturday, the guys and the older women did a mountain bike ride. Us younger women and the kiddos took a bike ride to the top and did the Hidden Canyon hike. People were surprised to see us hike with kids on our backs. Woman Power! Ha. It is nice to spend time with Ellie, Tessa, and Suzie. Girl time is a necessity.

One of my favorite parts of Zion is spending time on the lawn in front of the lodge. We played soccer, frisbee, football, and spikeball. Spikeball was a hit! That night we had our big Easter dutch oven feast. Yum.
