Spring Break this year was a lot of fun! Jason had the whole week off. I, unfortunately, didn't have any time off. Dang, BYU. So, we had to juggle our weekends and time accordingly. I could only miss so much work.
The weekend before his Spring Break started, we drove out to Colorado to ski and spend time with my family. My parents just got a condo in the Vail/Eagle area. We drove over on Thursday and got there pretty late. We skied at Vail with my mom on Friday. It was a huge disappointment for J, the snow was terrible. Also, it is crazy expensive to ski there! We paid $260 for us for ONE ski day! YIKES!

| Beautiful Colorado |
But, Saturday was AMAZING!! It snowed most of the night Friday night and all day Saturday. We skied with my brother and sister-in-law at Copper. And, it only cost us 70 bucks! AND, the snow was phenomenal!! I was screaming most of the day because I was so excited. It was fun to actually keep up with the boys too.

After our ski weekend, we made a climate change and headed to warm California! But, we got to make a pit stop in St. George to see Brad and Teri. They just had a new baby boy, Russell Lee. He is a doll. It is fun to see Teri as a mom, she does such a great job! Thanks for letting us stay there with you guys, wish you lived closer. J was set on us stopping in Las Vegas for In-N-Out. I've never been, he wanted to change that.

We have been promising Rob and Jill (J's cousins) that we would make our way out there. It finally happened. 2 years ago, we went out there planning on going to Six Flags, but it was closed. This year, we were determined we were going to make it to Six Flags. FAT CHANCE! Once again, it was closed. NOOOOOOO! Just our luck. But, we made the most of our time and went to Knott's Berry Farm. Jill took the two oldest kids out of school and we made a day of it! If you ever go to LA, make sure and stop at Diddy Riese's. It is a super cheap and DELICIOUS ice cream sandwich shop right next to UCLA. It's divine!

It was a great week full of family, friends, laughter, yummy food, and lots of traveling! Our LAST Spring Break trip as college students, weird. Cheers to the next chapter of our lives!
I am so glad you guys got to stop by for a quick visit. We wish we got to see you guys more often. And you both are going to be great parents. Spencer has always liked Jason. So Fun!
